陈旧性虹膜炎常伴有瞳孔闭锁、膜闭,继发青光眼,晚期则发生眼球萎缩。自Nd:YAG激光成功应用于眼科临床以来,已有报告行虹膜后粘连松解术(1),对某些虹膜后粘连确有积极治疗作用。我科开展YAG激光门诊以来,共接受治疗各种类型虹膜炎41例,治疗过程中发现,某些病例虽为瞳孔闭锁或膜闭,甚至继发青光眼,但经强散瞳剂滴眼后常可发现微小的游离瞳孔缘,以此为起点行光切造瞳,不同程度提高了视力,并解除了瞳孔阻滞。收到满意效果,现将治疗结果报告于下。
