全日制中专学校的机电专业主要针对机电行业,实践性强。老师在授课时,着重于理论教学环节,实践环节因受条件限制,目前仍比较薄弱。授课的对象多为初中毕业生,学生年龄小,社会实践少,他们在学完机械制图、金属工艺学、机械原理、零件设计及力学、热处理、机械制造工艺学等课程后,虽掌握一定的理论知识,但仍缺乏独立工作能力。针对这一情况,如何加强对学生独立能力的培养,学校近几年采取了一些措施,对毕业实习工作进行探索,积累了一定的教学经验。本文仅对实习方案的实施情况及存在问题作一介绍。
