目的探讨氪黄激光治疗糖尿病视网膜病变黄斑弥漫性水肿的疗效。方法对我院６１例（１０８只眼）糖尿病视网膜病变黄斑弥漫性水肿病例，在眼底荧光血管造影片对照下，采用氪黄激光进行栅格状光凝。随访３～１８个月（平均７．５个月）。复查眼底荧光血管造影，分析视力和黄斑水肿的变化。结果１０８只眼中，光凝后视力进步３２只眼，占２９．６％；无变化６８只眼，占６３％；减退８只眼，占７．４％。黄斑渗漏消失１２只眼，占１１．１％；明显减少３５只眼，占３２．５％；减少４０只眼，占３７％；无变化１３只眼，占１２％；渗漏加重８只眼，占７．４％。结论氪黄激光治疗糖尿病视网膜病变黄斑弥漫性水肿疗效肯定，早期治疗效果更好。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of krypton yellow laser on diffuse macular edema of diabetic retinopathy. Methods 61 cases of our hospital (108 eyes) diabetic retinopathy of diffuse macular edema cases, fundus fluorescein angiography film contrast, the use of krypton yellow laser grid photocoagulation. Follow up for 3 to 18 months (average 7.5 months). Retrospective fundus fluorescein angiography, visual acuity and macular edema changes. Results In 108 eyes, visual acuity improved 32 eyes after photocoagulation, accounting for 29.6%; no change 68 eyes, accounting for 63%; 8 eyes reduced, accounting for 7.4%. The macular leakage disappeared in 12 eyes, accounting for 11.1%; 35 eyes were significantly reduced, accounting for 32.5%; 40 eyes were reduced, accounting for 37%; 13 eyes were unchanged, accounting for 12% Eyes, accounting for 7.4%. Conclusion Krypton yellow laser treatment of diabetic retinopathy macular diffuse edema positive effect, early treatment is better.
