为了认真地贯彻落实党的十三届七中全会精神,根据石油工业局厂领导干部会议和装备会议的要求,总公司研究决定,召开1991年石油装备科技工作会议。这次会议的主要任务是: 1.总结“七五”石油装备科技工作,并交流经验; 2.表彰1990年度石油装备优秀科研成果; 3.安排“八五”石油装备技术发展规划,落实1991年石油装备科技计划。 下面我主要讲三个问题。
In order to conscientiously implement the spirit of the Seventh Plenary Session of the Thirteenth Central Committee of the Party, according to the requirements of the leading cadres’ meeting and the equipment meeting of the Petroleum Industry Bureau, the head office decided upon and held the 1991 conference on scientific and technological work for petroleum equipment. The main tasks of this meeting are: 1. To summarize the “Seventh Five-Year” scientific and technological work on petroleum equipment and share experiences; 2. To award outstanding scientific research achievements in petroleum equipment in 1990; 3. To plan the technical development plan for oil equipment for the “Eighth Five-Year Plan” Years of oil equipment science and technology plan. Below I mainly talk about three questions.
