目的本研究采用神经再生室研究白细胞介素-1(Interleukin-1,IL-1)对周围神经再生功能的影响。方法将57只SD大白鼠随机分为 IL— 1、白细胞介素-1l受体拮抗剂(Interleukin-1 Receptor Antngonist,IL- 1ra)和等渗盐水 3组。术后 3、6周取材作神经电生理检查,术后16周作大鼠趾展宽度测定。结果IL-1组再生周围神经功能明显优于IL-1ra组和等渗盐水组。IL-1ra组和等渗盐水组间没有明显差异。结论IL-1具有促进周围神经再生及神经功能恢复的作用。
Objective To study the effect of Interleukin-1 (IL-1) on the peripheral nerve regeneration in a nerve regeneration room. Methods 57 SD rats were randomly divided into three groups: IL-1, Interleukin-1 Receptor Antagonist (IL-1ra) and isotonic saline. Neuropsychological tests were performed at 3 and 6 weeks after operation, and the toe width was measured at 16 weeks after operation. Results The peripheral nerve function of IL-1 group was significantly better than IL-1ra group and isotonic saline group. There was no significant difference between the IL-1ra group and the isotonic saline group. Conclusion IL-1 can promote peripheral nerve regeneration and neurological function recovery.
