全国水文科技情报网华东、华北联组情报交流会于1988年10月26～30日在福州市举行。出席会议的有水利部水文司、全国水文科技情报网网长单位长办水文局、副网长单位南京水文水资源研究所以及华东、华北的47个网员单位的代表66人。会议共收到交流文章37篇。会议首先分华东、华北两组分组交流工作情况,然后一起就水文自动测报系统、洪水计算新途径、土壤水资源评价方法、国际水文活动等专题作了大会交流。两组长单位分别作了1988年度水文科技情报工作年度小结,并酝酿了下届全国水文科技情报网网长、副网长单位及华东、华北组组长单位。
National Hydrological Technology Information Network East China, North China Joint Group Information Exchange Conference held in Fuzhou in October 1988 from 26 to 30. There were 66 representatives from 47 hydrographic and water resources institutes under the Ministry of Water Resources and Hydrology of the Ministry of Water Resources, the chief unit of Hydrographic Information Technology Network of the National Hydrological Science and Technology Information Office, and the Nanjing Institute of Hydrology and Water Resources. Meeting received a total of 37 articles. The meeting first divided into East China and North China two groups of exchange work, and then together on the hydrological automatic observation system, flood computing new ways, soil water evaluation methods, international hydrological activities and other topics made a congress exchange. The two unit leaders made the annual summary of hydrological and scientific and technological intelligence work in 1988 respectively and planned the next unit of head of the national hydrological science and technology information network and vice-chief unit and the leader unit of East China and North China.
