目前,国内自行车行业中的曲柄热成形模具,主要由3Cr2W8V钢制造。该模具在300t摩擦压力机上使用时,每分钟冲压8~12件,模腔用油冷却,承受很大的冲击载荷、摩擦和热疲劳的作用。由于3Cr2W8V钢耐急热急冷和承受冲击的能力差,使用过程中曲柄模多以断裂形式失效,造成模具报废。我厂曲柄成形模外形尺寸如图1所示,原处理工艺为500℃、850℃两次预热,1080℃油淬,580~610℃两次回火,处理后硬度为HRC45~48,平均使用寿命4500件左右,寿命较低,生产成本高。为了提高模
