目的:对不同溶剂提取马铃薯茎、叶废弃物中茄尼醇的提取效果进行比较分析。方法:以石油醚、乙醇、醋酸乙酯为溶剂,采用索氏提取法提取马铃薯茎、叶废弃物中的茄尼醇,并用高效液相色谱法测定其含量。结果:马铃薯茎、叶的石油醚提取物中茄尼醇含量分别为0.31%和2.61%;乙醇提取物中茄尼醇含量分别为0.32%和3.69%;醋酸乙酯提取物中茄尼醇含量分别为0.25和1.69%。结论:不同溶剂提取所得样品含量有差异,用乙醇提取马铃薯茎、叶废弃物中的茄尼醇效果较好;马铃薯叶中的茄尼醇含量远高于茎中的茄尼醇含量。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the extraction of solanesol from stems and leaves of potato extracted from different solvents. Methods: Solanesol was extracted from potato stems and leaves by Soxhlet extraction with petroleum ether, ethanol and ethyl acetate as solvent, and its content was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. Results: The solanesol contents in the petroleum ether extracts of potato stems and leaves were 0.31% and 2.61%, respectively; the solanesol contents in ethanol extracts were 0.32% and 3.69%, respectively; and the solanesol content in ethyl acetate extracts. 0.25 and 1.69% respectively. Conclusion: There are differences in the content of different solvent extracts. It is better to extract solanesol from the waste of potato stems and leaves with ethanol. The content of solanesol in potato leaves is much higher than the content of solanesol in stems.
