应德国马普学会高分子研究所Knoll教授的邀请,本人于2003年10月29日至2003年12月18日赴德国马普学会高分子研究所进行为期50天的短期合作研究。 Knoll教授对访问十分重视。他对我们在国内开展的运用胶体晶制备技术和胶体晶模板工艺制备贯通型三维网孔二氧化硅和高分子基底材料的研究非常感兴趣。我们在国内开展的研究和Knoll教授研究小组的一个在研项目工作非常接近。因此,本人在马普学会高分子研究所期间,Knoll教授前后专门和我讨论了6次,并安排Jonas博士和我一起开展研究工作。我们用对流自组装方法组装了高质量的二氧化硅(SiO2)胶体晶模板;利用溶剂蒸发的方法在胶体晶间隙填充聚苯乙烯,样品经氢氟酸腐蚀去除 SiO2胶体晶模板,形成孔与孔连通的三维网孔聚苯乙烯材料。制备出的聚苯乙烯基底具有衍射光学特性。
At the invitation of Professor Knoll, Institute of Polymer Science, Mapmaker Institute, Germany, I went to the Max Planck Institute of Polymer Science from October 29, 2003 to December 18, 2003 for a 50-day short-term cooperative study. Professor Knoll attaches great importance to the visit. He is very interested in the research on through-type three-dimensional mesoporous silica and polymer matrix materials made in our country using colloidal crystal preparation technology and colloidal crystal template technology. Our research work in China is very close to working on a research project at Professor Knoll’s research team. Therefore, during my time at Mapu Institute of Polymer Research, Professor Knoll discussed with me six times before and after and arranged for Dr. Jonas to work with me. We assembled high-quality silica (SiO2) colloidal crystal template by convection self-assembly method, filled the colloidal crystal gap with polystyrene by solvent evaporation method, the sample was corroded by hydrofluoric acid to remove SiO2 colloidal crystal template to form pores and Hole-connected 3D mesh polystyrene material. The prepared polystyrene substrate has diffractive optical characteristics.
