目的观察阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病的临床疗效。方法选取2013年2月—2015年6月黄石市中心医院心内科收治的冠心病患者184例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组92例。对照组患者单用阿托伐他汀治疗,治疗组患者采用阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效及治疗前后心功能指标。结果观察组患者临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前左心室射血分数(LVEF)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左心室后壁厚度(LVPWd)比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者治疗后LVEF高于对照组,LVEDD、LVPWd低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病临床疗效确切,可有效强化心脏射血功能。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of coronary heart disease. Methods From February 2013 to June 2015, 184 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to Department of Cardiology, Huangshi Central Hospital were divided into observation group and control group with 92 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with atorvastatin alone and patients in the treatment group were treated with atorvastatin in combination with trimetazidine. The clinical efficacy and cardiac function before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The clinical efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in LVEF, LVEDD and LVPWd between the two groups before treatment (P> 0.05). After treatment in the observation group LVEF was higher than the control group, LVEDD, LVPWd was lower than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine treatment of coronary heart disease clinical curative effect, can effectively enhance the cardiac ejection function.
