省煤化工科技情报站第二次工作会议于今年四月在清江市召开。会议期间,共有十九个单位和个人进行了大会发言及书面的专题学术交流,南通碳素厂情报组还专门作了情报工作经验介绍,受到与会代表的一致好评。会议经过充分讨论,修改通过了《省煤化工科技情报站工作条例》。《条例》明确了省煤化工科技情报站的性质、任务、组织机构、经费来源和对情报人员的要求、为今后更好地开展情报活动提供了条件。会议认真总结了自77年建站以
The second working meeting of the provincial coal chemical technology intelligence station was held in Qingjiang City in April this year. During the meeting, a total of 19 units and individuals made speeches and written special academic exchanges in the conference. The intelligence team of Nantong Carbon Factory made a special introduction to the work of intelligence work and was well received by the participants. After full discussion of the meeting, the revised adopted the “Provincial Chemical and Chemical Information Technology Station work regulations.” The “Regulations” clearly defined the nature, tasks, organization, sources of funding and requirements for intelligence personnel of the provincial-level scientific and technological information station for chemical coal-handling, which provided the conditions for better carrying out intelligence activities in the future.
