1995年6月12日,黄州市上巴河镇发生一起杀人劫车案,作案后犯罪分子移尸到该村一处藕塘中,经现场勘查,除血迹外无其它痕迹物证.后抽干藕塘中水,发现塘中深土泥面有一趟赤足脚印,延伸至尸体旁边,判断该脚印系罪犯移尸过程中形成,选取其中一枚用石膏制模提取.同年6月15日,在侦察中发现上巴河镇八组村民马××有重大作案嫌疑,在相同条件下提取了马××右足赤脚立体印痕,进行鉴定.
