目的探讨用硝酸-高氯酸消解样品,使用AFS-230型光度计测定尿中锑的含量。方法采用加硫脲-抗坏血酸掩蔽共存元素干扰,氢化物原子荧光光谱测定尿中锑。结果本法测得锑在0~50μg/L范围内线性良好,检出限为0.244μg/L。相关系数r>0.999,加标回收率在97.4%~103.8%之间,相对标准偏差(n=11)在0.5%~1.9%之间。结论该法快速简便、准确灵敏,应用于尿中锑的测定,结果满意。
Objective To study the nitric acid - perchloric acid digestion samples, the use of AFS-230 photometric determination of urinary antimony content. Methods The interference of coexisting elements was masked with thiourea - ascorbic acid and the antimony in urine was determined by hydride atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Results The antimony was measured in the range of 0 ~ 50μg / L with good linearity. The detection limit was 0.244μg / L. The correlation coefficient r> 0.999, the spiked recoveries ranged from 97.4% to 103.8%, and the relative standard deviations (n = 11) ranged from 0.5% to 1.9%. Conclusion The method is rapid, simple, accurate and sensitive and is applied to the determination of antimony in urine with satisfactory results.
