道路工程中,在水泥混凝土里掺入适量的橡胶颗粒,可有效改善水泥混凝土的韧性、抗冲击性能,此外,这种掺入橡胶的水泥混凝土还具有轻质、模量低和吸收噪声的特点。充分利用橡胶水泥混凝土的韧性、抗冲击性和吸声性能,并抑制因掺入橡胶颗粒带来的水泥混凝土强度下降问题,成为目前道路建筑材料研究中的一个热点。本文综述国内外橡胶道路水泥混凝土领域的研究成果,介绍橡胶微粒大小、掺量、橡胶处理方法等对橡胶水泥混凝土基本性能的影响,并对今后的研究方向和应用进行展望。
In road engineering, adding appropriate amount of rubber particles into the cement concrete can effectively improve the toughness and impact resistance of the cement concrete. In addition, the rubber cement concrete also has the characteristics of light weight, low modulus and noise absorption . Making full use of the toughness, impact resistance and sound absorption performance of rubber-cement concrete and restraining the decrease of the strength of cement concrete caused by the incorporation of rubber particles become a hot spot in the research of road building materials at present. This paper summarizes the research results of cement concrete in rubber road at home and abroad, introduces the influence of rubber particle size, content and rubber treatment methods on the basic properties of rubber cement concrete, and prospects the future research direction and application.
