用高效薄层层析法测定了慢性肺心病及支气管哮喘患者血中血小板活化因子(PAF)。有二氧化碳潴留(PaCo_2≥6.67kPa)的慢性肺心病患者血中PAF为1.49±0.50μmol/L(x±s),高于无二氧化碳潴留者(PaCo_2<6.67kPa,PAF为0.80±0.45μmol/L)及正常对照组(0.87±0.36μmol/L),差异均有显著性意义(P均<0.05)。哮喘者为1.50±0.9μmol/L,也高于正常对照组(P<0.005)。提示PAF在慢性肺心病及哮喘的发病过程中可能起一定的作用。
The blood platelet-activating factor (PAF) in patients with chronic cor pulmonale and bronchial asthma was determined by high performance thin layer chromatography.
