海洋微生物是潜在的具有多种生物活性的次级代谢产物的来源,代表了寻找新的海洋药物的方向。蒽醌类化合物具有抗氧化、抗菌、抗炎、抗肿瘤及抑制人白细胞弹性蛋白酶等生物活性,近年来有大量文献报道,从海洋动物衍生真菌及红树林植物内生真菌中发现了众多结构新颖、具有生物活性的蒽醌类化合物。这些化合物除了经典的蒽醌骨架外,还包含许多有意思的新骨架,但相关内容一直未见系统综述。本文就化合物来源、结构类型、生物活性和生物合成等诸方面,对从海洋真菌中得到的蒽醌类化合物进行综述。
Marine microorganisms are a source of potential secondary metabolites with multiple biological activities and represent the search for new marine drugs. Anthraquinones have anti-oxidation, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, anti-tumor and inhibit the activity of human leukocyte elastase and other biological activity. In recent years, a large number of reports have reported that many novel structures were found from marine animal-derived fungi and mangrove endophytic fungi , With biological activity of anthraquinone compounds. In addition to the classic anthraquinone skeleton, these compounds contain many interesting new skeletons, but there is no systematic review of the compounds. In this paper, the anthraquinones derived from marine fungi are reviewed in terms of their source, structure type, biological activity and biosynthesis.
