目的对红树植物桐花树的石油醚萃取部分进行化学成分研究。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱、高效液相色谱等手段,结合理化性质和波谱数据,对桐花树的石油醚萃取部分的化合物进行分离鉴定。结果从桐花树的石油醚萃取部分中分离得到对苯醌类化合物4个,分别是2-羟基-5-甲氧基-3-九烷基-1,4苯醌(Ⅰ)、5-O-methyl-embelin(Ⅱ)、5-O-methyl-rapanone(Ⅲ)、5-O-ethyl-embelin(Ⅳ),1个萘醌类化合物,3,7-dihydroxy-2,5-diundecylnaphthoquinone(Ⅴ)。结论化合物Ⅰ、Ⅲ为首次从该植物中分离得到,化合物Ⅰ为新天然产物。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of the petroleum extract of mangrove plant Aegiceras corniculatum. Methods Silica gel column chromatography, gel column chromatography, high performance liquid chromatography and other means, combined with physico-chemical properties and spectral data, were isolated and identified compounds of Aegiceras corniculatum extracted by petroleum ether. Results Four compounds of p-benzoquinone were isolated from the petroleum ether extract of Aegiceras corniculatum, which were 2-hydroxy-5-methoxy-3-nonadecyl-1,4-benzoquinone O-methyl-embelin (Ⅱ), 5-O-methyl-rapanone (Ⅲ), 5-O-ethyl- embelin (Ⅳ), 1 naphthoquinone and 3,7-dihydroxy-2,5-diundecylnaphthoquinone Ⅴ). Conclusion Compounds Ⅰ and Ⅲ are isolated from this plant for the first time. Compound Ⅰ is a new natural product.
