目的探讨360度护理模式对颅脑创伤患者的干预效果。方法选取2015年4月—2016年4月随州市中心医院急诊科收治的颅脑创伤患者100例,根据入院顺序分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。两组患者均行颅脑创伤手术,对照组患者予以常规护理,观察组患者予以360度护理模式。比较两组患者术后康复效果、住院时间及并发症发生率。结果观察组患者康复效果优于对照组,住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 360度护理模式可有效促进颅脑创伤患者术后康复,缩短住院时间并减少并发症的发生。
Objective To investigate the effect of 360 degree nursing intervention on patients with traumatic brain injury. Methods From April 2015 to April 2016, 100 patients with craniocerebral trauma who were admitted to the emergency department of Suizhou Central Hospital were divided into control group and observation group according to admission sequence, each group had 50 cases. Patients in both groups underwent craniocerebral trauma surgery. Patients in the control group were given routine nursing care and patients in the observation group were given 360-degree nursing care. The postoperative recovery, hospital stay and complication rates were compared between the two groups. Results The recovery effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the length of stay in the observation group was shorter than that of the control group (P <0.05). The complication rate in observation group was lower than that in control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The 360-degree nursing model can effectively promote postoperative recovery of patients with traumatic brain injury, shorten the hospital stay and reduce the incidence of complications.
