细胞外基质蛋白-1(extracellular matrix protein-1,ECM-1)是新近发现的一种分泌性糖蛋白。该蛋白可能与肿瘤的浸润、转移有关系。本文从 ECM-1的基因水平、蛋白水平、组织表达及可能的功能的研究进展进行综述。
Extracellular matrix protein-1 (ECM-1) is a newly discovered secreted glycoprotein. The protein may be related to tumor invasion and metastasis. This review summarizes the research progress of ECM-1 at gene level, protein level, tissue expression and possible functions.
