改革开放三十年来,我国装备制造业获得了长足的进步,同重大技术装备制造强国的技术差距逐渐缩小。在我国全面提升对外开放水平的新形势下,如何在进一步引导机电产品企业保持适度有效出口规模的同时,着力优化外贸结构,进一步加大择优进口重大技术装备的力度,对积极推动我国的新型工业化建设和外贸平衡发展极具现实意义。
