目前,我国冷藏库建筑中围护结构防水隔汽层大都仍采用沥青油毡做成一毡二油或二毡三油。尤其采用热法沥青油毡操作施工极为不便,遇在炎暑盛夏季节施工条件更为恶劣,建筑工人劳动强度大,库内沥青气味污染严重,熏害人体健康。在新建郑州5000吨鲜旦冷藏库和新乡1500吨鲜旦冷藏库工程设计中,对围护结构的隔热层,隔汽层材料选用,内衬墙的构造作法试图有所改革,经过调研和考察确定采用新工艺、新材料,这样做不仅不增加投资费用,又加快了施工进度、改善了施工条件和减轻建筑工人劳动强度。具体施工做法介绍如下:
At present, most of the waterproof vapour barriers of the enclosure structure in cold storage buildings in China are still made of asphalt felt to make a felt or two felts and three oils. In particular, it is extremely inconvenient to use thermal asphalt linoleum for construction and construction. It is even worse when construction conditions are severe during the summer season. The labor intensity of construction workers is great, and the asphalt odor pollution in the warehouse is serious and the human health is harmed. In the newly-built 5,000-ton fresh-selling refrigerators in Zhengzhou and Xindeng 1,500-ton fresh-dense refrigerators, the insulation materials and vapor barrier materials of the building envelope were selected, and the construction method of the inner wall was reformed. The inspection and determination of the use of new processes and materials will not only increase investment costs, but also accelerate construction progress, improve construction conditions and reduce the labor intensity of construction workers. Specific construction practices are described below:
