轴瓦半圆周长是轴瓦的关键尺寸,测量该尺寸,其难点是解决弹性体自由曲面的自动测量。而目前国内尚无满意的自动测量方法。本文论述了轴瓦半圆周长自动测量分选原理及影响测量精度的主要因素,并对实测精度进行了详细的分析。经过技术签定,证明该装置量值稳定,具有较高的重复测量精度,分选速度可以满足生产要求。
The half-circumference of the bush is the key dimension of the bush. The difficulty of measuring this dimension is to solve the automatic measurement of the free-form surface of the elastomer. At present, there is no satisfactory automatic measurement method. In this paper, the principle of automatic measurement of semicircular circumference of bearing bush and the main factors influencing the measurement accuracy are discussed. The measured precision is analyzed in detail. After the technical signing, the device proved the value of stability, with high repeat measurement accuracy, sorting speed can meet the production requirements.
