目的 建立小儿多平面经胸 (TTO)三维超声检查的优化方案。方法 选择影响TTO检查的采集途径、采样角度间隔、原始图像增益、对比度、灰价阈值及透明度等 6个因素 ,各因素下设三个水平 ,按年龄段分组进行正交试验分析 (L1837) ,以三维重建效率为考核指标 ,评价各因素各水平的重要性。结果 各因素对三维重建效率均起到一定的作用 ,其中采样角度间隔所起作用最大。按各因素平均极差值大小排序 ,各因素最大值分别位于 :采样角度间隔 3°、采样途径经剑突下、图像增益 90、对比度 2 0、灰阶阈值 10及透明度 2 0。采用上述方案能在较短时间内获得较理想的TTO三维超声成像。结论 探索合理的TTO三维超声检查方法 ,有利于促进该技术在小儿心脏病中的应用。
Objective To establish a multi-planar transthoracic (TTO) three-dimensional ultrasound examination of the optimization program. Methods Six factors affecting the TTO examination such as acquisition route, sampling angle interval, original image gain, contrast ratio, gray threshold and transparency were selected. Three factors were selected for each factor, and were analyzed by orthogonal test (L1837) The three-dimensional reconstruction efficiency as an assessment index, evaluation of the various factors of the importance of each level. Results Each factor played a certain role in the efficiency of 3D reconstruction, of which sampling angle interval played the most important role. The maximum value of each factor is located at the sampling angle of 3 °, the sampling path is under the xiphoid, the image gain of 90, the contrast of 20, the grayscale threshold of 10 and the transparency of 20. Using the above program can be in a relatively short period of time to obtain better TTO three-dimensional ultrasound imaging. Conclusion To explore a reasonable method of TTO three-dimensional ultrasound is conducive to the promotion of this technology in children with heart disease.
