急性胆源性胰腺炎(acute biliary pancreatitis,ABP)是急性胰腺炎(AP)的一种常见类型,占AP的50%以上及急性重症胰腺炎症的80%左右,临床分轻症ABP(MABP)和重症ABP(SABP),目前对ABP的治疗对策、手术指征与手术时机等方面存在较大争议。现将ABP的外科诊治现状作一综述。1ABP的概念
