目的研究促进技术结合脑超声对中风患者康复疗效的影响。方法50例中风患者随机分为促进技术结合脑超声组(试验组)、促进技术组(对照组),采用患肢SIAS评定法和日常生活能力评定法评价治疗效果。结果二组患者治疗前后均有进步(P<0.05),组间比较试验组与对照组有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论促进技术和脑超声结合可提高中风患者的疗效。
Objective To study the effects of promoting the combination of brain ultrasound and ultrasound on the rehabilitation of patients with stroke. Methods Fifty stroke patients were randomly divided into two groups: the promotion technique combined with brain ultrasound group (experimental group) and the promotion technique group (control group). The SIAS assessment of limbs and assessment of daily living ability were used to evaluate the therapeutic effect. Results Both groups improved before and after treatment (P <0.05). There was significant difference between the two groups in comparison with the control group (P <0.05). Conclusions Promote the combination of technology and brain ultrasound can improve the efficacy of stroke patients.
