各位代表、各位领导、各位嘉宾: 今天,来自各国各地的50多位代表相聚在祖国大西南美丽的山城重庆,召开全国教育学院学报研究会第五届第二次会员代表大会暨2002年学术研讨会。我代表全国教育学院学报研究会向出席和指导我们这次会议的重庆市教委的领导及重庆市高校学报研究会的同仁致以衷心感谢和崇高敬意！向来自全国20多个省、市、自治区的教育学院的领导和代表同志们表示热诚的欢迎和亲切的问候！我们这次会议能成功的在长江之滨全国最年轻的直辖市重庆这座历史文化名城召开,得到了重庆市教育学院党政领导的亲切关心和无私支持,特别是重庆教育学院学报编辑部的敖忠主编及全体同仁付出了艰苦的努力,长期做了大量细致而周到的准备工作,在此,我代表与会的全体同志向他们表示深切的感谢和诚挚的敬意！
Dear Delegates, Ladies and Gentlemen, Ladies and Gentlemen, Today, more than 50 representatives from all over the country gather in the beautiful mountain town of the southwestern Southwest of China to hold the 2nd Congress of the Fifth National Institute of Education Journal and the 2002 Academic Seminar meeting. On behalf of the Institute of Journal of National Institute of Education, I would like to express my heart-felt thanks and highest respect to the leaders of the Chongqing Education Commission and colleagues of the Chongqing College Journal Research Association who attended and guided our meeting! We warmly welcome and cordially greet the leaders and representatives of the educational institutes from more than 20 provinces, cities and autonomous regions throughout the country. At this meeting, we successfully held this historical and cultural city in Chongqing, the youngest municipality directly under the Central Government on the bank of the Yangtze River and received the cordial care and selfless support from the party and government leaders of the Chongqing Municipal Institute of Education. In particular, the editorial board of the Journal of Chongqing Institute of Education Our chief editor and all my colleagues have made painstaking efforts and have done a great deal of meticulous and thoughtful preparatory work for a long time. On behalf of all the participating members, I hereby express my profound thanks and sincere respect to them!
