改革开放以来。我国城市的发展速度迅猛,使得人们对城市的发展和建筑的改造提出了更高的要求。尽管旧建筑立面改造日益受到人们的重视,在建筑立面改造的过程中做出了很多的努力,但是在真正的建筑实践中,有关建筑历史文化的维系和传承还达到一致的共识。在建筑立面改造的过程中,对一般性的旧建筑的改造缺乏系统和合理的价值判断。由于缺乏健全的理念,一般性建筑的历史文化就不能充分得到挖掘,在改造的过程中大多都被忽视,致使很多旧建筑地失去应有的文化底蕴。本文根据旧建筑立面改造的现状和改造的相关理念,提出旧建筑立面改造中历史文化维系的手段与策略,旨在为旧建筑立面改造的研究提供一种新的思路,使得相关的文化底蕴可以永久传承。
Since the reform and opening up. The rapid development of China’s cities makes people put forward higher requirements for the development of cities and the renovation of buildings. Although the renovation of the façade of the old building is getting more and more attention, lots of efforts have been made in the course of the façade renovation. However, in the real architectural practice, the consensus on the maintenance and inheritance of the architectural history and culture has also been reached. In the process of renovation of building facades, there is no systematic and reasonable value judgments on the transformation of the old buildings in general. Due to the lack of sound ideas, the history and culture of general buildings can not be fully tapped. Most of them are neglected in the process of renovation, resulting in the loss of cultural heritage of many old buildings. Based on the status quo of renovation of old buildings and the related concepts of renovation, this paper proposes the means and strategies for maintaining the historical culture in the renovation of old buildings. The purpose of this paper is to provide a new way of thinking for the renovation of old buildings, Cultural heritage can be a lasting heritage.
