海南省保亭黎族苗族自治县位于海南省南部,距离三亚市中心只有70多公里,被誉为“三亚的后花园”。全县人口16万人,其中56.2%是黎族,38%是汉族,苗族占3.8%。保亭县工商局下辖7个工商所,在职干部职工88人;辖区有9个乡镇、5个国营农(茶)场和1个热带作物研究所,管辖着594户企业和3413户个体工商户。只有2名干部的县局市场股承担着市场监管、处理12315消费者申投诉、食品安全监管、商标广告监管和公平交易执法等诸多工作。近两年来,市场股的工作成绩十分突出,2007年被评为全国工商系统食品安全工作先进单位;2008年被评为全国工商系统“红盾护农”先进单位;同年,被人力资源和社会保障部、国家工商总局联合表彰为“全国工商系统先进集体”。

In 2008, it was rated as the advanced unit of the National Business System and Red Shield Farmers. In the same year, The Ministry of Social Security and the State Administration for Industry and Commerce jointly awarded as “the National Advanced Unit of Industrial and Commercial Systems”.
