简要分析了ＴｉＮ涂层高速钢刀具的特点；初步总结了涂层刀具的实际应用效果以及采用该类刀具应注意的问题。涂层高速钢刀具不仅寿命显著增加，而且有利于产品零件质量和劳动生产率的提高。
The characteristics of TiN coated high speed steel cutting tools are briefly analyzed. The practical application results of coated cutting tools and the problems to be noticed when using such cutting tools are summarized. Coating high-speed steel cutting tools not only significantly increased life expectancy, but also conducive to the improvement of product quality and labor productivity.
