医患关系是医疗活动过程中最基本、最核心、最重要的关系,其实质是一种“利益共同体”。医患关系主流是和谐的,但局部仍存在冲突。医患冲突的存在并呈现出新的特点对我国和谐社会的建设提出了挑战与威胁,探讨医患冲突的体制原因,并提出切实可行缓解并消除医患冲突的对策是社会主义和谐建设的要求。
The doctor-patient relationship is the most basic, the most important and the most important one in the medical activities. Its essence is a kind of “community of interests”. The mainstream of doctor-patient relationship is harmonious, but there are still some conflicts. The existence and new characteristics of doctor-patient conflicts present challenges and threats to the building of a harmonious society in our country, and explore the institutional causes of doctor-patient conflicts and put forward practical and feasible countermeasures to ease and eliminate the conflict between doctors and patients, which is the requirement of socialist harmonious construction .
