为了解无锡市医疗机构实施阻断乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)医源性传播措施的效果,于1997至2008年选择无锡市全部9家三级医疗机构,另选择4家二级医疗机构,5家一级医疗机构,按《消毒技术规范》对手术器械、内镜、口腔器材等关键器材表面以及重点部门环境表面采样,用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测HBsAg。结果显示,未推行强化措施前消毒后胃镜HBsAg阳性率为9.52%,胃镜消毒液中HBsAg阳性率高达60%;口腔器械HBsAg阳性率也高达20%,其他医疗器械HBsAg阳性率为2.22%;环境物体表面HBsAg污染阳性率为7.74%。采取相关控制措施后HBsAg阳性率明显下降,采集144件各类样品均未检出HBsAg。提示实施阻断HBV医源性传播的措施收到一定效果。
In order to understand the effect of blocking medical treatment of Hepatitis B virus (HBV) in Wuxi medical institutions, all 9 tertiary medical institutions in Wuxi City were selected from 1997 to 2008, and 4 secondary medical institutions were selected. 5 At first-level medical institutions, HBsAg was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) on the surface of key equipment such as surgical instruments, endoscopes, dental instruments and other environmental surfaces according to the “Technical Specifications for Disinfection”. The results showed that the positive rate of HBsAg in gastroscopy was 9.52% before disinfection, and the positive rate of HBsAg in gastroscope disinfectant was as high as 60%. The positive rate of HBsAg in oral instruments was as high as 20% and the positive rate of other HBsAg was 2.22% The positive rate of HBsAg contamination on the surface of the object was 7.74%. After taking the relevant control measures, the positive rate of HBsAg decreased obviously. No samples of 144 kinds of HBsAg were detected. Prompt implementation of blockade of ibuprofen-based measures of transmission received some results.
