磁共振成像(MRI)检查脊髓血管畸形具有许多优点,除发现和诊断一些血管造影阳性的脊髓血管畸形外,还诊断了一批血管造影阴性的脊髓血管畸形,这一类称隐匿性脊髓血管畸形。笔者搜集了近年来手术病理或选择性脊髓血管造影证实的3例和根据临床资料诊断为脊髓血管畸形的2例患者的MRI
