目的了解和分析葫芦岛市食品主要污染物或有害因素的污染水平,评估食品安全现状,为食品安全管理提供依据。结果按计划在全市收集748份食品样品和44份仿瓷餐具,采用或参考国家相关标准方法进行检测。总合格率97.10%,合格率低于95%的由低到高排序有仿瓷餐具、腌制食品、水产品、蔬菜,主要不合格指标为甲醛、焦亚硫酸钠、副溶血性弧菌、铅、镉等。结论部分食品样品非食用物质、食品添加剂、微生物、重金属等超标,应有针对性加强监管;应加强食品安全风险监测和评估,及时有效采取干预措施。
Objective To understand and analyze the pollution level of major pollutants or harmful factors in Huludao City, assess the current status of food safety and provide the basis for food safety management. Results According to the plan, 748 food samples and 44 imitation porcelain tablewares were collected in the whole city and tested according to the relevant national standard methods. The total pass rate of 97.10%, the pass rate of less than 95% from low to high order imitation porcelain tableware, pickled foods, aquatic products, vegetables, the main failed indicators of formaldehyde, sodium metabisulfite, Vibrio parahaemolyticus, lead, Cadmium and so on. Conclusion Some food samples exceed the standard for non-food substances, food additives, microorganisms and heavy metals, and should be supervised more closely. Monitoring and assessment of food safety risks should be strengthened and timely and effective interventions should be taken.
