针对现在国企改革和房地产业的现状，提出国有房地产企业股份制改造后股票上市的一种做法——买壳上市，并就其中的条件、操作方法、注意事项作了分析

Aiming at the present situation of state-owned enterprise reform and real estate industry, this paper puts forward a method of going public after the shareholding system reform of state-owned real estate enterprises-the listing of the shell and the analysis of the conditions, operation methods and precautions
