世界高等教育发展对国家战略、经济转型和大学生自身发展都具有着一系列的现实意义,大学生创业胜任力的培养立足高校的教育环境和资源,从创业教育的变迁、创业胜任力的研究现状以及高校大学生的实际情况出发,对如何切实可行的培养创业胜任力,逐步完善创业创新能力提出了观点。
The development of higher education in the world has a series of realistic meanings to the national strategy, economic restructuring and self-development of undergraduates. The cultivation of college students’ entrepreneurial competencies bases on the educational environment and resources in colleges and universities. From the changes of entrepreneurship education and the research status of entrepreneurial competencies, Based on the actual conditions of college students, this paper puts forward a viewpoint on how to cultivate entrepreneurial competence and gradually improve the entrepreneurial innovation ability.
