测定未梢血中血红蛋白含量,是检查贫血的主要方法,是营养成份调查的依据之一。为了掌握我地区儿童少年的贫血情况,故于1990年对九三局直0——14岁托幼儿童及小学生共1402人进行了血红蛋白含量调查,贫血的发病率为51.36%。从发病年龄看,0~10岁两个年龄组与11~14岁年龄组相比贫血发病率有高度显著性差异(P<0.005),0~10岁两组发病率高,而0~6岁与7~10年龄组贫血发病率差异无显著性(P>0.25);从发病程度看,3个年龄组不同程度贫血发病率构成比是不相同的,有高度显著性差异(P<0.005)年龄越小,发病率越高,贫血程度越重;从性别上分析,3个年龄组男女间贫血发病率差别均无显著性,男女贫血发病率相似。
The determination of hemoglobin content in the blood is to check the main method of anemia is one of the basis for the investigation of nutrients. In order to grasp the anemia in our region’s children and adolescents, we conducted a hemoglobin survey of 1,402 children and primary school-aged children aged 0--14 in the 913 Bureau in 1990.
