随着社会主义市场经济的不断深入发展和经济体制的转型,我国医疗卫生事业的改革与发展既面临着机遇,也面临着挑战。医院工作人员的世界观、人生观、价值观也在悄然发生着变化,这使医院的医院思想政治工作面临着很多问题和矛盾。在新形势下,建立和完善医院思想政治工作新的机制,抓住其中的关键点,是当前医院党组织需要解决的问题。
With the deepening development of the socialist market economy and the transformation of the economic system, the reform and development of China’s medical and health undertaking face both opportunities and challenges. Hospital staff’s world outlook, outlook on life, values are also quietly changing, which makes the hospital hospital ideological and political work faces many problems and contradictions. Under the new situation, establishing and perfecting the new mechanism of ideological and political work in hospitals and grasping the key points therein are the problems to be solved by the current party organizations in hospitals.
