以小麦-中间偃麦草异附加系L1作抗源选育而成的抗黄矮病小麦新品系Yw642、Yw443、Yw243、Y980704,其抗性来自中间偃麦草染色体7X。利用Yw642×中8601的F2分离群体,对由易位系Yw642筛选出的RFLP标记进行连锁分析,确定了RFLP标记psr687和wg380分别与7XL上的BYDV抗性基因共分离。利用上述2个RFLP标记,对具有不同遗传背景的抗病易位系Yw443、Yw243、Y980704等进行了Southern分析。结果表明,这些抗病系均具有7XL的抗病特异带,缺失小麦7DL特征带,说明这些抗病系是小麦-中间偃麦草7DS·7DL-7XL易位系,psr687和wg380可应用于分子标记辅助育种。
Resistance to yellow dwarf wheat Yw642, Yw443, Yw243, Y980704, derived from the wheat-Thinopyrum alopecuroiocarysi L1 strain for resistance breeding, was derived from chromosome 7X of Thinopyrum intermedium. The RFLP markers screened by the translocation line Yw642 were analyzed by linkage analysis using F2 segregating population of Y6064 × 8601 to determine that RFLP markers psr687 and wg380 were co-segregated with BYDV resistance genes on 7XL, respectively. Southern blot analysis of Yw443, Yw243, Y980704 and other disease-resistant translocation lines with different genetic backgrounds was conducted by using the above two RFLP markers. The results showed that all the resistant lines had 7XL resistance-specific bands, which lacks the 7DL characteristic bands of wheat, indicating that these resistant lines are the wheat-Thinopyrum intermedium 7DS.7DL-7XL translocation line. Psr687 and wg380 can be applied to molecular markers Assisted breeding.
