为提供一种适于煤矿防灭火需求的细水雾技术,提出了以压风为动力,通过自行设计的气液两相流雾化器,实现细水雾技术在煤矿的应用。建立了小尺度受限空间灭火实验平台,通过实验对利用压风生雾技术进行灭火的有效性进行了研究。研究表明:压风细水雾能有效熄灭受限空间内煤火,灭火迅速且效果明显。压风细水雾对CO等有毒有害气体生成具有明显的抑制作用,且能有效消减火场烟气,提高能见度,可为火场救灾提供良好基础。
In order to provide a kind of water mist technology suitable for coal mine fire prevention and extinguishing, the paper puts forward the application of water mist technology in coal mine by using compressed air as motive force. The experiment platform of small-scale confined space fire extinguishing was set up and the effectiveness of fire extinguishing by air-blow fogging technology was studied. The results show that the compressed air mist can effectively extinguish the coal fire in the confined space and extinguish the fire rapidly with obvious effect. Compressed air mist can significantly inhibit the generation of toxic and harmful gases such as CO, and can effectively reduce the flue gas in the fire and improve visibility, which can provide a good foundation for fire disaster relief.
