针对3个光斑尺寸的CO2激光辐照尺寸小于400μm损伤点后得到的修复点,从4个方面对损伤修复点经355nm激光辐照后的损伤概率分别进行研究。结果表明,根据修复光斑尺寸或损伤点尺寸分别讨论修复点的损伤概率,更能反映修复点的抗激光损伤能力。通过分别讨论可以看出,采用小光斑CO2激光辐照损伤点或者修复尺寸小于200μm的损伤点,修复成功率超过90%。同时,可以通过损伤修复点的激光损伤阈值都服从正态分布的规律来预测修复点的损伤概率。
The damage probability of CO2 laser irradiated by 355nm laser was studied respectively from 4 aspects when the size of CO2 laser irradiated by 3 spots was less than the damage point of 400μm. The results show that the damage probability of the repaired point is discussed according to the size of the repaired spot or the size of the damaged spot respectively, which can better reflect the ability of repairing the spot against the laser damage. It can be seen through the discussion separately that the success rate of repair is over 90% by irradiating the lesion with the small spot CO2 laser or repairing the lesion with the size less than 200 μm. At the same time, the damage probability of the repaired point can be predicted through the rule that the laser damage threshold of the repaired point obeys the normal distribution.
