8月25日至9月2日,省水利厅派出9个由副厅级干部带队的督导组,到全省各地对重点水利工程进展情况进行督导。督导发现,2012年以来全省各地围绕年度目标任务,采取扎实措施,狠抓项目管理及工程进度,取得了一定成绩,特别是焦作市在优化水利项目财政评审、商丘市在及时落实配套资金、临颍县在加强综合协调等方面,大胆创新,先行先试,成效明显,值得各市县借鉴。
From August 25 to September 2, the Provincial Department of Water Resources dispatched nine steering groups led by deputy department level cadres to supervise the progress of major water conservancy projects across the province. Supervision has found that since 2012, the province has taken some solid measures in respect of its annual targets and tasks, paid close attention to the progress of project management and construction, and achieved some success. In particular, Jiaozuo City, in optimizing the financial review of water conservancy projects, Shangqiu City, Linying County in strengthening the comprehensive coordination, bold innovation, first try, the effect is obvious, it is worth drawing lessons from all cities and counties.
