目的对中老年高脂血症患者的听觉中潜伏期反应 (MLR)和 4 0Hz听觉相关电位(AERP)测试结果进行比较和评估。方法用MEB - 712 0 /K型电反应测听仪检测 2 0例 (40耳 )血脂升高伴无明显听力下降中老年患者和 2 0例 (40耳 )血脂正常的健康中老年人的MLR和 4 0HzAERP ,并将结果进行比较。结果高脂组MLR、Na、Pa波潜伏期较正常组延长 (P <0 0 5 ) ,Ⅴ波在刺激声强为 4 0、2 0dB(nHL)时潜伏期延长 ,明显高于正常组 (P <0 0 5 ) ;MLR各波波振幅较正常组较低 (P <0 0 5 ) ;4 0HzAERP的听阈值在高脂组有提高趋势。结论患高脂血症的中老年人听觉中枢可能早期就存在损害 ,用MLR和 4 0HzAERP对高脂血症患者进行检查对临床上防治耳聋有一定指导意义
Objective To compare and evaluate the auditory latent period response (MLR) and the 40 Hz auditory related potential (AERP) in middle-aged and elderly patients with hyperlipidemia. Methods The MEB - 712 0 / K type electrical response audiometry was used to detect the MLR of 20 cases (40 ears) of hyperlipidemia with moderate hearing loss in middle - aged or elderly patients and 20 healthy adults (40 ears) And 4 0 Hz AERP, and the results were compared. Results The latency of MLR, Na and Pa waves in hyperlipidemic group was longer than that in normal group (P <0 05). The latency of V wave prolonged 40 400ns nL in stimulation group, which was significantly higher than that in normal group (P < 0 0 5). The amplitude of each wave of MLR was lower than that of normal group (P <0 05). The threshold of 40 Hz AERP tended to increase in hyperlipidemia group. Conclusion The middle-aged and elderly people with hyperlipidemia may have early damage to the auditory center. Using MLR and 40 Hz AERP to test hyperlipidemia may be helpful in clinical prevention and treatment of deafness
