为了有效洗消氯气泄漏事故中的氯气,分别以草酸钠、柠檬酸钠和抗坏血酸作为细水雾添加剂,研究了其对氯气洗消效率的影响。通过氯气的小尺度模拟洗消实验,对比了不同氯气浓度和添加剂浓度下的各种含添加剂的细水雾与纯细水雾的洗消效率。结果表明,含添加剂的细水雾的洗消效率明显优于纯细水雾,特别是抗坏血酸,洗消效率达到98%以上,有效弥补了纯细水雾洗消不彻底,洗消效率低下的缺点。最后探讨了各种添加剂的可能反应机理,为新型氯气洗消技术提供了一定的理论和实验基础。
In order to effectively eliminate the chlorine in the chlorine accident, sodium oxalate, sodium citrate and ascorbic acid were respectively used as water mist additives to study their effects on the chlorine elimination efficiency. Through the small-scale simulation of chlorine gas descaling experiment, compared with different concentrations of chlorine and additive concentration of various additives containing water mist and pure water mist decontamination efficiency. The results showed that the water mists with additives were significantly better than the pure water mists, especially ascorbic acid, with the efficiency of more than 98%, which effectively made up for the incomplete water mists and the low efficiency Disadvantages.
