本文针对与全人类有关的可持续发展问题展开讨论,分析了经济活动对自然环境和全球环境变化产生负面影响的主要因素。作者根据可持续发展理论的科学基础的演变,确定了一系列可持续发展的战略目标。在强调生态和经济两者同等重要的理念下,作者评述了由俄罗斯当局提出的改善环境安全水平和保护自然系统的措施。同时,文章针对绿色经济、提升环境质量、提高人类生活水平、恢复自然资源等以提高区域生态和经济的可持续性为目标的区域经济政策进行了讨论。
This article addresses the issue of sustainable development that is relevant to all mankind and analyzes the main factors that negatively impact economic activity on the natural environment and global environmental change. According to the evolution of the scientific basis of sustainable development theory, the author has identified a series of strategic goals of sustainable development. Under the notion of equally important ecological and economic issues, the authors commented on the measures proposed by the Russian authorities to improve the level of environmental safety and protect the natural system. At the same time, the article discussed the regional economic policies aiming at green economy, environmental quality improvement, human living standard improvement and natural resources restoration to improve the regional ecological and economic sustainability.
