我们自1983年5月至1984年11月在大剂量化疗加全身照射的预处理以后,用胎肝造血干细胞移植治疗急性白血病5例,儿童3例,成人2例。其中4例获得植活证据。1例经临床表现及皮肤活检证实有Ⅰ级 GVHD 发生,随诊观察,其中3例已分别缓解21个月,16个月和12个月。另2例其中1例为第3次复发化疗缓解后进行移植的,移植后完全缓解115天,在133天因复发死亡。另1例于移植后+38天骨髓重建,白血病完全缓解状态,但于移植后64天因患间质性肺炎死亡。
From May 1983 to November 1984, we treated 5 cases of acute leukemia, 3 children and 2 adults with fetal liver stem cell transplantation after high-dose chemotherapy plus whole body irradiation. Four of them received evidence of survival. One case had stage I GVHD confirmed by clinical manifestations and skin biopsy. Follow-up observation showed that 3 cases had been relieved for 21 months, 16 months and 12 months respectively. One of the other two cases was transplanted after the third relapse chemotherapy was relieved. The patients were completely relieved for 115 days after transplantation and died of recurrence on the 133th day. Another case of bone marrow reconstitution at +38 days after transplantation, leukemia completely remission state, but died of interstitial pneumonia 64 days after transplantation.
