今年2月,铁道部召开了全国铁路建设工作会议。这次会议主要总结去年及“九五”以来铁路建设工作,部署“十五”和今年铁路建设任务。铁道部蔡庆华副部长作了“抓住机遇,乘势而上,再创铁路建设新辉煌”的工作报告。
In February this year, the Ministry of Railways held a national railway construction work conference.
