患者龙某,女,32岁,因胃痛黑便1月,1980年3月25作纤维胃镜示:胃窦部小弯侧从胃角到幽门巨大溃疡,底附黄白色苔边高耸,虫蚀状并有少许出血,周围粘膜呈鱼鳞状肠化粘膜象,初诊为胃癌。体检:皮肤巩膜无黄染,浅表淋巴结及左锁骨下淋巴结未扪及。心肺无异常。腹软无包块,剑突下压痛轻。肝脾未扪及。血红蛋白8.5克,红细胞288万,白细胞7,500,中性79％,淋巴21％,血小板11万。血沉60mm/1h。肝功、胸片、心电图均正常,AKP 17金氏单位。
