The risk-based health care system in rural Yuhang County, Zhejiang Province has been quite influential in the country. Professor Gu Xingyuan, a famous management scientist and director of the Expert Committee on Health Policy and Management Research of the Ministry of Health, visited the country on several occasions. In the past few years, a group of Yiyi counterparts visited here to study. Everyone who has been to you will raise a heartfelt desire from the bottom of my heart. The reason is simple and clear. The approach here is practical and innovative. The key lies in a health director who always remembers the pain of the peasants.
