二甲胺四环素为人工半合成的四环素类新抗菌素,其特点是广谱,高效与长效。前文已报告四川抗菌素研究所制成功的二甲胺四环素的毒性与药理试验结果。本文继续报告正常人口服二甲胺四环素的吸收与排洩情况。试验材料二甲胺四环素胶囊剂:明胶胶囊,每个含二甲胺四环素晶粉100毫克,系四川抗菌素研究所制备,与目前我院临床试用于治疗肺心病患者,属于同一批号。
Minocycline is a synthetic tetracycline new antibiotic that is characterized by its broad spectrum, high efficiency and long-term efficacy. The foregoing has been reported Sichuan Institute of antibiotics successful minocycline toxicity and pharmacological test results. This article continues to report the normal oral administration of minocycline absorption and excretion. Test material Minocycline capsules: Gelatin capsules, each containing 100 mg of tetramethylene tetramine crystal powder, the Department of Sichuan Institute of antibiotic preparation, and currently our hospital clinical trial for the treatment of patients with pulmonary heart disease, belong to the same batch.
