过去,封瓶用的蜡,温度时高时低,封瓶口的质量不高。究其原因,主要就是熔蜡温度不当。优选方法: 1、熔蜡温度变化范围在106℃—188℃之间。 2、用0.618法取下列试验点: 第一试验点: 106+(188-106)×0.618=157℃瓶封口后,蜡太薄。第二试验点: 188+106-157=137℃瓶封口后,蜡既不薄也不厚。第三试验点: 157+106-137=126℃瓶封口后,蜡质厚且较松。效果:提高了瓶口封蜡质量,减少了蜡
